Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments made. The deposit fee is a portion of your overall appointment cost. The deposit amount will depend on your overall cost given during your consultation. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours is needed. Rescheduling after 48 hours will result the loss of your deposit and a new non-refundable deposit must be paid for a new appointment time.

Scheduling/Appointments

Ethereal is an appointment only studio. You will not be seen as a walk-in. We do not tattoo under 18 years old. To schedule an appointment you can contact Destiny through email, Instagram, Facebook and text/calling. That can all be found on the contact page. A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule any appointments. (Refer to deposit policy above.)

On the day of your appointment please arrive on time. 5 minutes before or after your scheduled time is acceptable. Please do not arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late contact Destiny to let her know, if you’ll be more than 15-20 minutes late your appointment will likely need to be rescheduled and a new non-refundable deposit would be required.

Bring a valid form of ID with you to your appointment. (i.e. Drivers License, State ID, Green Card, Passport. Cannot be expired.)

No-show appointments

If you do not show up to your appointment after the 15-20 minute window, and you’ve been unreachable, you will be considered a no-show. (Not showing up to an appointment made without contacting the establishment.) If you do not show up, without contact, you will no longer be a client at Ethereal Tattoo and will not be able to schedule future appointments.

Ethereal Tattoo is a small business and these measures are taken for a reason.
